Two years into the pandemic, Hong Kong is at the mercy of its worst-ever outbreak and in the pursuit of a rigorous zero-Covid policy. CNN's Kristie Lu Stout spoke with a family whose 11-month-old daughter was quarantined alone after testing positive for coronavirus.
